The Academy is limited to no more than 25 qualified registrants that are nominated by their company with a maximum of two candidates per firm.  Topics address company-wide risk and leadership with a focus on the Colorado market.\n\n\n\nTopics include:\n\n\n	Leadership\n	Motivating and Inspiring Strategic Change\n	Managing Surety\n	Workforce Strategies\n	Business Development\n	Crisis Management\n	Business Ethics\n	Financial Management & Banking\n	Proactive Dispute Resolution\n	Human Resources\n	Managing Insurance\n\nThe Benefits to You and Your Company\n\nSuccessful companies encourage leadership development as it serves to help accelerate profitable growth.  Academy participants will graduate with enhanced skills and knowledge that will improve their leadership potential.  Participants will also have the opportunity to meet industry experts and hear their strategies and solutions for resolving obstacles and addressing risk.\n\n\n\nThe Benefits to the Industry\n\nNet proceeds from the course will go to the AGC Education Foundation to fund future Executive Leadership Academies and other workforce development programs.\n\n\n\nAmple time is included through extended breaks and meal time to provide participants an opportunity to address business matters.\n\n\n\nOver 10 different leadership topics.
