Mandi will discuss some key areas of focus so that we can maintain a healthy mental state of wellbeing. Mandi will touch on suicide and prevention\, how substance abuse plays a role in depression/suicide\, how to remove the stigma associated with speaking about suicide and asking for help\, and the importance of having an Employee Assistance Program and making sure our employees know about it.
