DESCRIPTION:The week of  September 4th - 10th is National Suicide Prevention week. On September 8th we're aiming to help everyone take a break while also supporting a local suicide prevention training partner - VitalCog (Previously Working Minds).\n\n\n\nJoin us for a friendly cornhole competition\, food trucks\, and networking. In addition to hosting a 'recess break' outside\, we're supporting VitalCog through donations and proceeds from the cornhole competition signups.\n\n\n\nVitalCog trains organizations to proactively address the early warning signs of suicide in the workplace. Just as organizations have realized they can help reduce heart disease by encouraging exercise\, they can also reduce suicide by promoting mental health and encouraging early identification and intervention.\n\n\n\nThis event will provide friendly competition\, networking and will educate and equip businesses with tools to address mental health and suicide concerns within the workplace.\n\n\n\nContact Erika Anderson\, Erika@agccolorado.org to learn more.
