The highly interactive virtual program provides instruction via Zoom and training to prepare construction industry professionals at all levels to learn the building blocks necessary to transform their projects and companies into lean operating systems.\n\n\n\nAfter participants complete all seven units in the program\, they become eligible to sit for an exam to earn the Certificate of Management - Lean Construction (CM-Lean).\n\n\n\nSchedule of Classes\n\nUnit 1 - Variation in Production Systems\n\nUnit 2 - Pull in Production\n\nUnit 3 - Lean Workstructuring\n\nUnit 4 - The Last Planner   System\n\nUnit 5 - Lean Supply Chain and Assembly\n\nUnit 6 - Lean Design and Pre-construction\n\nUnit 7 - Problem Solving Principles and Tools\n\n\n\nRegistration fee includes all course participant materials.\n\n\n\nCancellation Policy: A full refund will be given to cancellations made 14 calendar days prior to the class kick-off.
