Major Development Alert - 55 acre Project West of Mile High Stadium Added to Feb 26 Breakfast with the Board
The development of 55 acres in the Sun Valley neighborhood just west of Bronco’s stadium will transform the current stadium parking lots into a mixed-use neighborhood with market-rate and affordable housing, office, entertainment, hospitality and other stadium-related land uses. James Cobb, Director of Stadium Investment Corp. will give an update on the plan at the Feb 26 AGC Breakfast with the Board and Specialty Contractor Showcase.
