The purpose of this class is to educate businesses on key steps for how to build and implement a positive company culture. It will cover:

· Building a culture that attracts the right fit in your recruiting

· Prioritizing mental health in our companies (coping with stress during/after COVID, how to support yourself and your family, recognizing warning signs and how to ask for help)

· The Procore Culture Flywheel

· Communicating your company’s mission and goals and aligning your commitment with your workforce.
