Amping Up our Commitment to Progress: Making Colorado's Construction Industry the Most Inclusive in the Country
Who is the intended audience?
- Company Presidents, Regional Vice Presidents, Leaders in Operations, Project Managers, HR Professionals, Business Development Leaders, and DEI Champions.
- Subject Matter Experts will provide a framework for building an Inclusive Workplace and offer insight as to how to set goals and make progress. (Examples: Procore's Chief Culture Officer Steve Zahm, Colorado Inclusive Economy's CEO, Luella Chavez D'Angelo and DEN's Senior Director of Equity, Engagement and Inclusion, Sara Scott )
- Attendees will learn what owners are looking for when it comes to DEI Plans
- Attendees will know what resources/organizations in Colorado are focused on building an inclusive workplace to provide winning DEI Plans in 2023.
