The construction industry is witnessing more change than ever by forging unprecedented growth in technology and diversity of the workforce.  It might surpirse you to know that women entering the construction industry is the fastest growing demographic!  Although it is a male dominated industry, (approximatley 100:1) the blend of the two genders are balancing out the industry at a perfect time of change.
Although studies show that women complement and even enhance profits on projects, many firms are not thinking strategically about how women can fit well into all facets of the organization.

The AGC Future Leaders Forum and Haselden Construction's Lean-In Group invite all members of the industry to join us for an event led by construction leader and national speaker for the industry, Danielle Feroleto.  This discussion will focus on the strategic opportunity women have in an organization and how to best leverage those qualities.  She will team with Joni Fournier, Senior Project Manager at NV5 and CMAA Colorado Chapter President, to serve as a case study and example of a woman't journey through leadership and entrepreneurship in the construction industry.
