Ben Petre and Michael Lapicola, from the law firm of Faegre Drinker, will join us for a panel session that will cover many of the legal questions and uncertainties that are of concern to contractors during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Topics including force majeure, potential relief, notice requirements, general notice vs. specific notice, potential owner strategies, and communication with subcontractors and responding to subcontractor notices will be reviewed. And, the panel discussion will allow participants to ask questions regarding other legal concerns.
