U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) - Online and Live
AGC Colorado has partnered with AGC of Missouri to bring Construction Quality Management for Contractors to our members.
This course familiarizes contractor personnel with Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management concepts and procedures.
Training will include Contractor's Review; Quality Management Planning; Preconstruction Conference and Coordination Meeting; Submittals; Quality Management during Construction; Making the System Work; Resident Management System overview (RMS 3.0), a contract administration computer program.
To successfully complete this course, the student must be present for the full day of online class and achieve a passing grade of 70 on the test given at the end of the course. A certificate will be issued to all students who satisfactorily complete the course. This certificate is valid for 5 years.
