Started well before Covid-19, Block 162 will test the waters for a large-floorplate spec office building in the "new normal" of downtown real estate. This long-vacant site opposite the Hyatt Regency and Le Meridien/AC Hotels is being filled in with a 452-foot-tall, nearly 600,000-square-foot building (developed by Patrinely Group and USAA Real Estate, designed by Gensler, and being built by Swinerton). Learn about the building's many innovative features experienced through drone video, virtual tours and Matterport-scan visual technology before listening to a panel of experts who collaborated to create the project.
