Pinkard Construction Company

Jim is a 1978 graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelors in Construction. He studied at the University of Santa Clara for his MBA with an emphasis in marketing. Jim has worked as a project engineer, project manager, estimator and superintendent. Jim joined Pinkard in 1994 as Director of Business. During his tenure, Jim has taken a very conservative business strategy to grow Pinkard from $17 million annual revenue to $125 million.  Jim’s professional affiliations include membership in Society for Marketing and Professional Services (SMPS), National Association of Industrial Office Properties (NAIOP), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and Society of American Military Engineers (SAME). He has taught courses at the University of Colorado and Colorado State University.
